Exchange Policy
ORUM JEWELRY offers only exchange, not refund. We are pleased to accept timely exchange of unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged items within 14 days from the date you received your order. Please note that orders must be returned from within the same country they were originally shipped to. Your items must be returned in the original packaging, including any boxes, hangers, garment bags, and other signature packaging materials.
Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
"Final Sale" items will have a noted "Item is Not Eligible For Return" on the product page. Items purchased from "Sale" are also not eligible for return or exchange.
The original shipping charge is non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for any item you exchange.
Once your exchange is received and processed, we will notify you via email that we have received your item(s) and include the details of your gift card. You may redeem the gift card code online and instructions on how to use it will be included.

If you are shipping an item over $300, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Without this, we cannot guarantee we will receive your shipped item.
