Orders can also be placed online at www.orumjewelry.com Personalized orders will be confirmed by a sales representative. Please note that once an order has been placed, we are not able to modify or cancel your order. ORUM JEWELRY reserves the right to refuse sales or cancel orders placed by a customer in violation of the site’s terms or as otherwise determined by ORUM JEWELRY.
PERSONALIZED FINE JEWELRY ORDERS:
All fine personalized jewelry orders are custom cast and made to order in the US. All orders do not go into production without full advance payment by the customer. Fine jewelry orders take approximately 3 - 4 weeks to produce and ship. Should you need your order before that time frame, it may be possible to rush your order for an additional fee. You can note your rush request in the email. If this is possible, a sales representative will provide you with the additional cost and your credit card will be charged accordingly.
Please note that the images of the letters, numbers, and enamel pieces are for visual reference only. The actual product may vary slightly in shape, size, and color from what is pictured. The quantity of diamonds may vary also.
SHIPPING
ORUM JEWELRY is not responsible for the payment of any duties, taxes or other fees assessed to international and national shipments and ORUM JEWELRY is not responsible for any delays or other issues that may arise when shipping. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. All orders over $1,000 require a signature upon delivery. Please make sure you are available to sign for your order when it is delivered, as you are solely responsible for the acceptance of your order upon delivery. ORUM JEWELRY is not responsible for delayed delivery, or any other issues once your order leaves ORUM JEWELRY. If your order is sent back to ORUM JEWELRY by the shipping company for failure to deliver, you will be required to pay for the re-shipment of your order. ORUM JEWELRY does not accept shipping accounts provided by the customer.
CORRECTION OF ERRORS AND INACCURACIES
We aim to present the most recent, most accurate and most reliable information on the website at all times. However, the information may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We, therefore, reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change and update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
In the event a catalog product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or systems error, Jennifer Fisher Jewelry shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. ORUM JEWELRY shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amazon Pay and American Express. We do not accept Discover cards, checks or money orders. Full payment is due before any order is processed and produced.
CUSTOMIZATIONS
Many charms can be hand stamped as noted on the product page. The product’s information will show you how many letters can be accommodated on each piece. The font of the stamping is basic block capital letter and comes in small, medium, and large. Your charms will be stamped with the sizing that works best with your piece, unless otherwise noted or requested by the customer at the time the order is placed. As these products are hand stamped, please note that there may be slight imperfections in the stamping.

You can exchange in ORUM JEWELRY’s discretion within 30 days of purchase. You are responsible for all shipping costs for returns and exchanges.
REPAIRS

Should you wish to make any alterations to your ORUM JEWELRY fine jewelry, or require a repair, please reach out to a sales representative at our email marianabenzecry@gmail.com. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of the repair as well as the shipment, unless it is within 30 days of purchase and it has been determined that there is an issue with the product.

SITE IMAGERY
ORUM JEWELRY provides images of each item on the Site and endeavors to show as much detail as possible. However, viewing images online has its disadvantages as the size and color of the images may vary across digital screens and mobile devices. Measurements of select pieces are provided to help visual size.
MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE/TERMINATION
ORUM JEWELRY reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof). You agree that ORUM JEWELRY shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service. You acknowledge that ORUM JEWELRY reserves the right to deactivate accounts, cancel orders, and/or refuse to accept orders from users that violate the Terms or for such other reason as determined by ORUM JEWELRY.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Service or the Site. AGE POLICY:
ORUM JEWELRY complies with the Children's Online Privacy Act. Our Site (and links that may be available through our Site), are not intended for persons under the age of eighteen (18). We do not knowingly collect information from such persons.
GENERAL INFORMATION:
The Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ORUM JEWELRY, superseding any other agreements or understandings between you and ORUM JEWELRY. The Terms and the relationship between you and ORUM JEWELRY shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in New York, New York. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to your use of the Service or the Terms must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
